Counselling in Neath (Wales), Edinburgh (Scotland) and online

Do you feel lost or overwhelmed? Are you disappointed with where you are in life? Do you struggle with anxiety or intrusive thoughts that prevent you from achieving your full potential?

Whatever issue you are struggling with, reaching out for help from a professional can be daunting. But rest assured, you have taken the first positive step to a brighter future. As an integrative counsellor, I provide you with the non-judgemental space for you to explore your emotions and find your own path towards self-discovery.

In our first session, we will explore your current situation and background so I can find out more and tailor your therapy to your unique circumstances. To provide a bespoke pathway, I draw on a range of approaches to help you on your journey, including CBT, Psychodynamic and Transaction Analysis.
